Flake and Seamless Floors
Attractive and hard wearing Flake floors have many benefits and also have a huge range of coloured flake and base colours to choose from. It is easy to clean, hygienic and resistant to chemicals and oils.

Glass beads or quartz materials can also be added to create a non slip surface and it is also UV stable.
The process involves diamond grinding the subfloor to ensure any containments and loose materials are removed, a primer is rolled to guarantee the bonding of the epoxy base and sealing off of the surface. The base coat is mixed and installed with the desired colour packs, then we broadcast the acrylic flake into the epoxy base coat and allow to dry over night, the following day we remove excess flake and install 2 coats of clear high quality polyurethane.
